Imperial Dade has acquired Gulf Coast Paper Co., Inc.
The purchase of the Victoria, TX-based paper products and janitorial supply distributor expands Imperial Dade’s service offerings and geographical footprint in southeast Texas. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
