Imperial Dade Acquires Joshen Paper

Imperial Dade has entered a Management Services and Inventory Purchase Agreement to manage, oversee, and operate the Edison, NJ, branch of Joshen Paper & Packaging Co., Inc.
Per the terms of the deal, Joshen Paper will be integrated into Imperial Dade’s existing Jersey City, NJ, and Bordentown, NJ, locations following a three-month transition period. The purchase expands Imperial Dade’s client portfolio and product offerings. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
