ISS has purchased JH Catering Ltd.

The purchase of the Graz, Austria-based catering firm, which generated US$9.4 million in revenue last year, expands the client portfolio of ISS’s Austrian business segment, ISS Austria. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
