ISS Exits Two South American Markets

ISS announced the successful divestment of activities in Argentina and Uruguay.
The company’s operations have been purchased by the shareholders of Grupo Serza, an Argentina-based facility services provider. Per the terms of the deal, all ISS customers and employees will be transferred to the new ownership under their existing terms.
