ISSA Adds Bogdan Patelka to European Council

ISSA has further strengthened its European Council with the appointment of Bogdan Patelka as representative for Poland. Patelka also serves as President of the Polish Cleaning Association PIGC.

Patelka is the founder and CEO of the cleaning company H2O Plus which employs more than 600 operatives and has a market-leading position in the Pomerania and Kuyavia regions of Poland. Under Patelka’s leadership, the company has been nominated three times as one of the 100 best companies to work for in Pomerania and Kuyavia.

As a business leader, Patelka not only manages effective cleaning programmes for a variety of different customers but also actively advocates on behalf of the role that regular professional cleaning can play in building a positive reputation for an organization – with customers, guests, and building occupants.

Patelka succeeds Dariusz Mikolajczyk, Managing Director of Hako Poland. “Dariusz was a strong contributor to the European Council and helped us to bring innovative speakers to the Polish market as well as translate useful resources during his tenure. I am happy that he will continue to be a supportive member of ISSA and we value his contributions.”
