ISSA HQ Hosts CMI Train the Trainer Workshop

ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI) hosted a Train the Trainer workshop earlier this week at the association’s headquarters in Northbrook, IL.

More than two dozen cleaning industry professionals came together for the three-day event, with some attendees traveling from as far as Kenya and Korea. Presented by CMI Master Trainer Mark Warner, the workshop featured in-depth discussions and group activities utilizing the CMI Custodial Technician Basic and Advanced certification courses.

At the conclusion of the event, attendees were acknowledged as Certified Professional Trainers, joining a network of more than 250,000 CMI-certified professionals worldwide. For more information on CMI, visit issa.com/cmi.
