Johnny Vac President Purchases Cana-Vac

Cana-Vac Systems, Inc. has been acquired by Alexandre Beaulac, president of Johnny Vac, Inc.

Beaulac purchased the Stratford, Canada-based vacuum cleaner manufacturer along with Enrico Rimondi, vice president of Johnny Vac, and cleaning industry veteran Marvin Lewis. Cana-Vac will operate as a separate company from Johnny Vac, with Lewis overseeing day-to-day operations.
