Johnson Controls Announces Quarterly Dividend Increase

Johnson Controls, Inc. announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.26 per share on the company’s common stock, a $0.01 increase over the previous quarterly dividend.
The dividend―$1.04 annualized with a yield of 2.8 percent―is payable January 12, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business December 18, 2017. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends to its shareholders since 1887.
