Johnson Controls, Inc. has announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.25 per share on the company’s common stock.
The dividend―$1.00 annualized with a yield of 2.39 percent―is payable July 7 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 28. Johnson Controls has paid consecutive dividends to its shareholders since 1887.
