Johnson Controls, Inc. has been contracted to provide the University of North Dakota with more than US$90 million worth of campus-wide infrastructure improvements.

The deal calls for Johnson Controls to design and construct a new central utility plant which will replace the Grand Forks, ND, college’s existing, century-old steam plant. Johnson Controls will also improve the university’s building operating efficiencies. The renovation project is anticipated to be completed by the fall of 2020.
