KBS Acquires Capital Contractors

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired Capital Contractors, Inc.

The purchase of the Islandia, NY-based contract cleaning provider expands KBS’s client portfolio and geographical footprint. Capital Contractors has more than 4,000 client sites located throughout the East Coast of the United States. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
