KBS Purchases Emmaculate Reflections

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has acquired Emmaculate Reflections, LLC.

Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Emmaculate Reflections provides a variety of contract cleaning and facility support services to the hospitality and food service markets. Per the terms of the purchase, Emmaculate Reflections will retain its brand name and operate as a division of KBS. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced.
