KSS Enterprises has acquired Premier Janitorial and Pool Supplies.

The purchase of the Sault Saint Marie, MI-based distributor expands KSS Enterprises’ product offerings and client portfolio. The deal includes Premier Janitorial’s showroom and distribution warehouse. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
