LCS Names New Senior Operations Manager

LCS Companies has appointed Quincy Harper senior operations manager.
Harper joins LCS Companies from the U.S. Air Force, where he served for more than 25 years. He most recently worked for the United Service Organizations, Inc. (USO) as a military transition advisor. In his new position with LCS Companies, Harper will manage the company’s operations in the San Antonio, TX, area.
