Microsoft CFO Joins 3M Board

3M has added Amy Hood to its board of directors.

Hood has been with Microsoft Corp. since 2002 and currently serves as the company’s chief financial officer—or CFO. In addition to her duties as a board member, Hood will also serve on the 3M’s finance committee.
