Mitie Names Paul Woolf CFO

Mitie Group Plc has appointed Paul Woolf group chief financial officer (CFO).

Woolf joins Mitie from Virgin Active Health Clubs, where he served as CEO for more than three years. He succeeds Sandip Mahajan, who is remaining with Mitie under the new position as chief financial transformation officer.
