Mitie Names Sandip Mahajan CFO

Mitie Group PLC has appointed Sandip Mahajan chief financial officer (CFO), effective February 10.
Mahajan joins Mitie from Balfour Beatty plc, where he served as group director of finance. He succeeds Suzanne Baxter, who is stepping down from her current position next month. Baxter will remain with the company in a support role to ensure a seamless transition, Facilities Management Journal reports.
