Mitie Purchases Vision Security Group

Mitie Group Plc has acquired Compass Group UK and Ireland’s security specialist division, Vision Security Group (VSG) for US$18 million.
The purchase increases Mitie’s security services portfolio in the United Kingdom, Facilities Management Journal reports. The purchase is subject to customary regulatory and closing conditions and is anticipated to be finalized by the end of the year.
