Nexstep Commercial Products has acquired Greenwood Mop & Broom, Inc.
Nexstep’s purchase of the Greenwood, SC-based cleaning equipment manufacturer expands the company’s product portfolio and distribution network. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This marks Nexstep’s seventh acquisition since August 2003.
