Office Depot Purchases Complete Office Solutions

Office Depot, Inc. has acquired independent office supplies dealer Complete Office Solutions.

Per the terms of the deal, Complete Office Solutions will continue to operate as a stand-alone business with its own staff and distribution centers. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, OPI reports.
