P&G Acquires Beauty Products Manufacturer

Procter & Gamble Co., parent company of Procter & Gamble Professional, has acquired Walker & Co. Brands, Inc.

P&G’s purchase of the health and beauty products manufacturer expands the company’s product offerings. Per the terms of the acquisition, P&G will operate Walker & Co. as a wholly owned subsidiary led by company founder and current CEO Tristan Walker. Financial details of the purchase were not disclosed.
