San Jamar Acquired by Carlisle Companies

San Jamar—a Wisconsin based janitorial supply manufacturer—has been acquired by Carlisle Cos., Inc., parent company of Carlisle Sanitary Maintenance Products.

Per the terms of the purchase agreement, San Jamar will operate as a separate unit within Carlisle’s food service division. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclose, The Milwaukee Business News reports.
