Seko Purchase Brightwell Dispensers

Seko Group, parent company of Seko Dosing Systems Corp., has acquired Brightwell Dispensers Ltd. 

Per the terms of the acquisition, Brightwell will continue to operate under its current name as a separate entity under Seko. The company will retain its existing research and development, sales, marketing, and administration functions, European Cleaning Journal reports. Financial details of the purchase were not announced.
