ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc., parent company of ServiceMaster Clean, has appointed William C. Cobb to its board of directors.

Cobb is the former CEO and president of H&R Block, Inc. Prior to joining H&R Block, Cobb served as president of eBay North America.
