Sodexo Expands Operations in Australia

Sodexo has acquired the contracts and certain assets of the Morris Corp.
The deal expands Sodexo’s facility management contracts in Australia’s mining and oil sectors. Per the terms of the acquisition, Morris Corp.’s 1,200 employees will transfer to Sodexo.
