Spartan Appoints New Divisional Sales Manager

Spartan Chemical Co. announced the promotion of Josh Belcher to divisional sales manager of the company’s southeastern United States region.
Belcher has been with Spartan since 2012, when he joined the company from JanPack. He most recently served as regional manager, overseeing sales in Tennessee, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
