Spartan Appoints New Divisional Sales Manager

Spartan Chemical Co. announced the promotion of David Muhr to divisional sales manager of the company’s northeastern United States region.
Muhr has been with Spartan since 2006, when he joined the company from Quaker City Paper Co. He most recently served as regional manager, overseeing sales in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.
