Staples Appoints Sandy Douglas CEO

Staples, Inc. has appointed J. Alexander (Sandy) Douglas CEO, effective April 1.
Douglas joins Staples from The Coca-Cola Co., where he held a variety of leadership positions during his thirty-year tenure, most recently serving as president of Coca-Cola North America. Douglas succeeds Shira Goodman.
