Swish Maintenance Ltd. has acquired Kemsol Products Ltd.

Swish Maintenance’s purchase of Kemsol expands the company’s presence in the Canadian province of Saskatchewan. The terms of the deal, which is expected to close September 28, calls for all Kemsol employees and management to be retained and to operate under the name Swish-Kemsol.
