Tennant Acquires Chinese Manufacturer

Tennant Co. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Hefei Gaomei Cleaning Equipment Co., Ltd.

Tennant’s purchase of the Hefei, China-based cleaning equipment manufacturer expands the company’s geographical footprint in the region, MarketWatch reports. Financial details of the purchase, which is expected to be finalized by the end of the year, were not disclosed.
