Three CMI Courses Endorsed by the Institute of Hospitality

The Institute of Hospitality, the professional body for managers working in the hospitality, leisure, and tourism industry, has endorsed three educational programs from ISSA’s Cleaning Management Institute (CMI):
- Accredited Auditing Professional
- Custodial Supervision and Management Course
- Custodial Technician Training Course (Basic & Advanced Modules)
The Institute of Hospitality represents more than 7,000 members in 100 countries worldwide. ISSA’s EMEA office submitted the programs for formal endorsement. All three modulesmet the criteria in relation to quality standards and quality learning outcomes and have been unconditionally endorsed, for a period of two years.
The panel of the Institute of Hospitality recognized ISSA for the quality and experience of the trainers and instructors who deliver the courses, the broad range of the courses starting from the basis of career progression for those involved in the hospitality industry, as well as, the flexibility associated with the delivery of the Custodial Technician courses.
