Triple S Holdings, a subsidiary of Triple S, has acquired USA Distributors Inc.
Triple S Holdings’ purchase of the Miami, FL-based distributor increases the company’s product offerings. Per the terms of the deal, USA Distributors founder Maria Nicolas will remain with the company in an advisory and accounting capacity.
