Trojan Battery Taps Phil Taylor to Lead HR

Trojan Battery Co. has appointed Phillip Taylor senior vice president and chief human resources (HR) officer.
Taylor, who has three decades of HR experience, joins Trojan Battery from Mattel, Inc., where he served as senior vice president of HR for the company’s commercial and corporate divisions. In his new position with Trojan, Taylor will develop and oversee the company’s employee recruitment and retention efforts worldwide.
