Veritiv Appoints David Flitman to Board

Veritiv Corp. has appointed David Flitman to the company’s board of directors.

Flitman has also been named to the audit and finance committee of Vertiv’s board. He currently serves as executive vice president of Performance Food Group Co. and CEO and president of Performance Foodservice.
