Waxie Facility Named Outstanding Building of the Year

Waxie Sanitary Supply’s inventory center in Salt Lake City, UT, has been named the recipient of The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in the industrial office building category of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Utah chapter competition.
The annual award recognizes facilities for outstanding design and management. Waxie’s Salt Lake Facility also won the same award in BOMA’s Pacific Northwest Regional TOBY Competition, qualifying it for an International TOBY Award. BOMA will announce the international winners at its 2019 BOMA International Conference & Expo, which takes place June 22-25 in Salt Lake City.
