Exhibitor Update October 2015

ISSA/INTERCLEAN® North America 2015 is right around the corner. ISSA wants to take this time to wish all of the exhibitors a very successful show and to thank you for the BIG investment you’ve made! Here’s a punch list to make sure you’re ready for action. Viva Las Vegas!

What to Do Before You Go

• Download the mobile app. The ISSA Mobile App has all kinds of tools to help you navigate your way around the show. Download it today so you can access valuable information before, during, and after the show.
• Review the Move-in Bulletin. The 2015 ISSA/INTERCLEAN Move-In Bulletin (PDF) outlines essential on-site information to help make your move-in and move-out experience as smooth as possible.

When You Arrive in Las Vegas

• Pickup your badge. Exhibitor registration opens at 7:30 a.m. on Monday, October 19, in the Grand Lobby of the Central Hall. If you are arriving before October 19 check in at the security desk at the C1 entrance in the Grand Lobby.
• Get your equipment. Visit the GES Servicenter®, located in the tunnel between Central Halls 1 and 3, to find GES, CompuLead/Lead Retrieval, Aramark, the LVCC utilities, and other official vendors. The Servicenter will follow the same schedule as the installation and trade show hours.

At the Show

• Show hours. The trade show floor will be open to attendees on Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and on Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Take a break from your busy schedule to eat! Buy tickets for the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Bistro, where you can treat your customers and staff to gourmet meals on the trade show floor. A food truck will be serving breakfast and lunch in the Outdoor Exhibit Area Wednesday through Friday. Additional concessions will be open during show hours in the Grand Lobby and in the GES Servicenter.
• Have a small meeting on site. The ISSA Meeting Hub, located in booth 3601, opens at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 21. You can rent a meeting room in two-hour increments during trade show hours. Visit the ISSA Meeting Hub on site to book on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Come to the Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast. Did you RSVP for the Exhibitor Appreciation Breakfast, sponsored by Sage? If so, you will receive a ticket for this event with your name badge at registration. The breakfast takes place Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in Booth 3796.
• Plan for 2016. Stop by the exhibitor sales office, located next to registration in the Grand Lobby. The sales team will be there to help you to reserve booth space, book your hotel room block, and register for ISSA/INTERCLEAN North America 2016 in Chicago. While you’re there, book your booth space for ISSA/INTERCLEAN Amsterdam 2016 and ISSA/INTERCLEAN Istanbul 2016!
