Upcoming Deadlines

• September 9: Direct shipments are accepted to show site
• September 11: Learn about the 2018 show at 4:00 p.m., Room N228
• September 14: Donate leftover equipment/supplies from your booth
• September 16: All exhibitor materials must be removed by 2:00 p.m.

Things to Know Before You Go

• Download the ISSA/INTERCLEAN Mobile App, sponsored by R3 Reliable Redistribution Resource. The app is filled with tools to help you make the most of the show, including a complete schedule of events, floor plan and exhibitor list, even ISSA TV-Live. Pro tip: Create a customized My Show Planner and access it digitally through the mobile app so all your personalized information is at your fingertips onsite.
• Review the move-in bulletin. It outlines essential on-site information to make your move-in and move-out experience as smooth as possible. The new name badge coding system is outlined within the bulletin.

You Made it to Las Vegas—Now What?

• Pickup your name badge. Exhibitor registration opens at 8:00 a.m. on September 10 in the Grand Lobby of the Central Hall at the Las Vegas Convention Center. EACs will be required to use the main exhibit entrance, marked as Central 1, to obtain their set-up/labor pass. No entry will be allowed without a badge/labor pass.
• Get your equipment from the trade show partners. Visit the GES Servicenter, located downstairs (between C1 & C3) in the “tunnel” to find GES, Experient/Lead Retrieval, Centerplate, ON Services, Floral Exhibits, and other official partners.
• Drop off your press kits in the Press Room, located in the Grand Lobby behind registration.

While Onsite

• Show hours. The trade show floor will be open to attendees on Tuesday and Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (outdoor exhibits open at 8:00 a.m.) and on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (outdoor exhibits open at 8:00 a.m.). Stay updated on the schedule of events through the mobile app.
• Need a place to meet? Visit the ISSA Meeting Hub, Booth 4693, starting at 10:00 a.m. on September 12 to book a meeting room on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Plan for 2018. Stop by the ISSA/INTERCLEAN sales office, located in the Grand Lobby next to registration to reserve booth space for next year’s show in Dallas. After you book your booth, stop by the onPeak/VisitDallas booth to secure a hotel room block and learn about the city. For a detailed session about Dallas , join us in Room N228 at 4:00 p.m. on September 11.
• Donate any leftover equipment and supplies from your booth to the Ronald McDonald House of Charities of Greater Las Vegas, in partnership with the ISSA Foundation.
