3M Completes Sale of Prescription Eyewear Business

3M has finalized the sale of its safety prescription eyewear business to HOYA Vision Care.
The deal, announced last month, includes 3M’s complete product line of frames, lenses, and custom-made coating solutions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
